About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth in IT sales. Selling IT products and services to large corporate and public sector organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors) and OEM partners
  • Present and demonstrate solutions that address client needs across infrastructure, networking, datacenter, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, and support) to deliver tailored solutions and proposals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of selling to large companies
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and buying cycles
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and IT services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel to meetings
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
