About the role

  • Community Work Incentives Coordinator assisting Social Security beneficiaries with benefits planning and work incentives. Supporting individuals with disabilities in navigating employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized benefits planning and work incentives counseling
  • Help clients understand how employment affects their benefits
  • Offer referrals to community resources
  • Deliver presentations and outreach to community partners
  • Maintain accurate records and stay current on program changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Can pass SSA Level 5 security clearance
