About the role

  • Technical Product Manager driving digital transformation in banking through Cloud technologies and Conversational AI. Collaborating with teams to develop and implement innovative solutions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital transformation of the customer contact center as an innovative problem solver
  • Support the technical advancement of our Conversational AI platform
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures
  • Ensure technical operations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Commerzbank Group

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable professional qualification
  • Solid experience in technical architecture and designing cloud solutions
  • Ideally, experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI and integrating them into existing systems
  • Committed team player with strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
