Responsibilities

  • As part of the Mortgage Financing team, you will begin in telephone customer support as a solution-oriented point of contact
  • You will support our new and existing clients of Commerzbank AG in realizing the dream of home ownership
  • You will collect and review creditworthiness and property documents and work closely in writing with Commerzbank specialist departments and with clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a call center agent (m/f/d) in inbound and outbound is desirable
  • Motivation as a career changer (m/f/d) to obtain the IHK qualification exam (Sachkundeprüfung) in accordance with §34i GewO
  • You are a strong communicator and team player with enthusiasm for mortgage financing
  • Confident computer skills and fluent German, both written and spoken, complete your profile
