About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer supporting clients with financing products at Commerzbank. Providing excellent service and enhancing customer experience in the credit department.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent start in telephone-based customer support within the Installment Loans team
  • Enthuse our existing customers about Commerzbank AG’s attractive financing products and deliver first-class customer experiences through to loan completion
  • Identify upselling opportunities and proactively handle loan inquiries
  • Achieve team success in a supportive and cooperative working environment
  • Work partially remotely after successful completion of your onboarding phase

Requirements

  • Professional experience in call center work, preferably in financial services
  • Interest in the loan business; motivated career changers are welcome
  • Sales- and service-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-player mentality
  • Proficient computer/PC skills
  • Fluent German, spoken and written
