Responsibilities
Excellent start in telephone-based customer support within the Installment Loans team
Enthuse our existing customers about Commerzbank AG’s attractive financing products and deliver first-class customer experiences through to loan completion
Identify upselling opportunities and proactively handle loan inquiries
Achieve team success in a supportive and cooperative working environment
Work partially remotely after successful completion of your onboarding phase
Requirements
Professional experience in call center work, preferably in financial services
Interest in the loan business; motivated career changers are welcome
Sales- and service-oriented approach
Strong communication skills
Team-player mentality
Proficient computer/PC skills
Fluent German, spoken and written
