About the role

• Analista da Planejamento Comercial leading data analysis and insights generation for sales performance at Kalium. Collaborative role impacting strategic decisions through data-driven reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and generate insights on sales teams’ performance;
• Analyze sales results, productivity, operational efficiency, and achievement of targets;
• Design and prepare analytical reports for senior management;
• Identify market opportunities that can drive Kalium’s results;
• Compare commercial performance across segments, regions, and customer types, highlighting best practices;
• Act as a bridge between commercial, technology, and procurement teams to ensure data quality and consistency;
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of Kalium’s customer portfolios;
• Monitor the enrichment of multiple commercial data points for Kalium customers;
• Prepare and present performance analyses to senior management, with strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
