About the role
- Portfolio PMO responsible for supporting delivery of complex business change projects at Computershare. Engaging on governance for all change activity within the portfolio with a global project team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of complex business change projects
- Maintenance of the governance for all change activity within the portfolio
- Broaden project experience on large, high-profile initiatives
- Provide governance administration, tracking, and management of project actions, risks, and issues
- Ensuring clear, complete, and accurate documentation across multiple projects simultaneously
- Arranging project team meetings and Steer Co’s as required
- Maintenance of project plans, RAID, and tracking deliverables for all assigned projects
- Updating stakeholders through status reports and organizing meetings and workshops
- Work closely with project team members to ensure on-time, high quality project delivery
- Support the development of key plans throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PMO, or similar involvement in project activity
- Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience of working in a global environment
- Broad understanding of people team, and technology processes desirable
- PPM qualification (i.e. PRINCE2, P3O, MSP) would be highly advantageous
- Educated to a degree level, or equivalent experience
