Responsibilities
Conduct thematic studies and monitoring on current topics (tool benchmarking, market analysis, interviews…)
Support the management of digital programs for our clients: development of e-commerce mix, digitization of customer relations, implementation of organization/omnichannel levers…
Assist in defining major marketing directions for clients: maturity diagnostics, benchmarking, recommendations and the development of transformation plans
Scope and implement new offers and services
Scope and implement initiatives to improve the customer experience
Design, implement and operate CRM and omnichannel ecosystems
Contribute to the creation of communication materials
Requirements
You are completing a Master’s degree (equivalent to bac+5)
You are looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship starting in January 2026
You have initial experience in an agency, consulting firm or within an internal team on marketing, digital or CRM topics
You have knowledge of one or more marketing/CRM tools: Piano/Google Analytics, Salesforce, Actito...
Rigorous, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Strong team player with very good interpersonal skills
You are fully proficient in English
