About the role

  • Performance-oriented Online Marketing Manager creating data-driven marketing campaigns for Cleo & You GmbH. Focused on enhancing customer journeys and optimizing performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You design, optimize, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned)
  • You collaborate with our team to develop cross-channel customer journeys
  • You support the build-out and implementation of our CRM system
  • You expand our tracking and analytics setup and ensure campaign data is accurately captured and applied

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in data-driven online/performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce, FinTech, or InsurTech
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other tracking & analytics tools
  • Experience developing multi-stage customer journeys
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
