About the role

  • Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Savanta overseeing customer journey from activation to advocacy. Collaborating across teams and leveraging data for lifecycle programs and AI product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey end‑to‑end - from first activation to long‑term expansion.
  • Design lifecycle programs that turn engaged customers into loyal advocates.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and Research using data to understand customer behavior.
  • Build thoughtful, timely engagement across onboarding, retention, win‑back and expansion.
  • Translate insight into action - and action into measurable impact.
  • Drive adoption of AI‑powered products and support product launches.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data‑led environment.
  • Proven experience owning and executing multi‑channel lifecycle programs end‑to‑end.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (additional marketing automation tools a plus).
  • Hands‑on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and engagement or health scoring.
  • Confidence working with data — pulling insights, building reports, and making the case for investment.
  • A track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or expansion metrics.
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
