About the role
- Group Communications Executive handling communications across diverse teams at Collinson. Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering group-wide communication plans and campaigns
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for internal channels, including emails, intranet, newsletters, and presentations
- Support external communications such as press releases, website content, and social media (where applicable)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and align messaging
- Coordinate communications calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery
- Help manage internal communication channels (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, digital signage)
- Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, clicks, views, and feedback
- Support communications projects, events, and campaigns from planning through delivery
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar Communications Executive role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in MS365
