About the role

  • TradeDesk Sales Manager driving sales engagement in FX and OTC products at a leading crypto firm. Focused on building client relationships and coordinating trade execution for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive TradeDesk sales performance across FX and OTC products, including spot FX, fiat-crypto, and crypto-OTC transactions.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with institutional, enterprise, and high-volume clients, acting as the primary point of contact for TradeDesk services.
  • Originate, price, and negotiate FX and OTC deals, ensuring competitive spreads while meeting profitability and risk targets.
  • Partner closely with the trading and treasury teams to ensure efficient trade execution, liquidity availability, and timely settlement.
  • Monitor market conditions and client flows to inform pricing strategies, deal structuring, and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve TradeDesk workflows, pricing tools, and client-facing execution processes.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure all TradeDesk activities comply with BSP, AML, and internal risk requirements.
  • Support the development of new TradeDesk products and offerings based on client demand and market trends.
  • Prepare and present regular TradeDesk performance reports, including volumes, revenues, client activity, and pipeline updates, to senior management.
  • Represent Coins.ph TradeDesk in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FX sales, OTC trading, TradeDesk sales, or institutional markets roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, OTC products, pricing mechanics, and liquidity management.
  • Proven ability to originate deals, close institutional clients, and grow revenue in a sales or client-facing trading environment.
  • Experience working with crypto markets, stablecoins, and fiat on/off-ramps is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar market tools; experience with CRM systems, APIs, or trading platforms is a plus.
