Influencer Marketing Specialist sourcing KOLs for the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. Involves campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking for marketing in digital space.
Responsibilities
Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline
Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing
Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines
Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs
Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion
Assist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists
Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables
Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
