About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for higher education brand strategies in a leading education organization. Driving brand growth and competitive positioning to impact student outcomes and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Definition and evolution of the strategic positioning of the higher education brand portfolio with the Board of Directors and senior leadership;
  • Leadership of the brand portfolio within the business, responsible for the brand growth roadmap;
  • Definition of competitive differentiators based on research and market data;
  • Interface with product, experience and academic teams to drive brand development plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of differentiators;
  • Leadership of 360° campaigns across the entire brand portfolio, coordinating channels and touchpoints to amplify strategic messages and drive revenue growth;
  • Management of strategic partnerships with media outlets, celebrities and large-scale media partners with significant reputational impact;
  • Budget and ROI management;
  • Brand governance and management of brand assets;
  • Team leadership and management of high-performance talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing highly relevant brands in their industries and leading large-scale communications campaigns.
  • Strong track record in project management, budget control and timeline management.
  • Skill in people management and collaboration within matrixed, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Data- and results-driven mindset.
  • Deep ability to understand cultural and human behavior insights and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA or specialization is desirable;
  • Advanced English.
