Responsibilities
Perform daily analysis of negotiable instruments submitted for protest.
Monitor and manage protested instruments with notary offices.
Provide support in the process of withdrawing protests, issuing letters of consent, and negotiating with clients.
Maintain contact with notary offices, collection agencies, and clients to provide clarifications.
Update spreadsheets and systems with the status of protested and regularized instruments.
Assist in monitoring KPIs related to protests and delinquency.
Support internal audits with financial information and reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality of information.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
