Responsibilities

  • Own the renewals process and maintain strong renewal playbooks.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers.
  • Forecast renewals accurately and develop retention strategies.
  • Drive renewal conversations and timely contract execution.
  • Ensure clean handoffs among Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Develop analytics and insights to identify retention and expansion signals.
  • Build and refine renewal dashboards, reporting, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or developer tools company.
  • Experience managing contract renewals and subscription revenue.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
  • Demonstrated excellence in launching and building scalable processes.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with forecasting and revenue metrics.
  • Familiarity with developer tools or technical products is a strong plus.
