- Interagir avec les clients sur les problèmes de performance post vente
- Interagir avec les clients via téléphone, email, application à distance et coordonner les actions avec différents départements internes
Requirements
- Formation technique (Ingénieur ou Bac+5) idéalement à dominante électronique
- Première expérience réussie similaire
- Connaissance des produits d'avionique appréciée
