About the role

  • Regional Lead of Customer Success managing customer relationships and maximizing product adoption in Greater China & East Asia. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the post-go live customer relationship with regional teams
  • Maximize customer adoption of products and manage recurring revenue
  • Drive subscription renewals, expansion, and cross-selling
  • Mentor and guide reporting teams to drive customer success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery and support

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in customer success management
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Experience in PLM / supply chain planning / ERP / shop floor systems
  • Experience of software implementation and support in a SaaS environment
  • Background in the fashion / garment / textiles / footwear industry
  • Technical proficiency to configure software solutions
