About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in South Australia. Driving commercial growth and developing winning customer solutions within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise to a sales team
  • Engage with key customers to understand their business and develop solutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Account Management Plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
  • Use data and insights to manage pricing, margins and contract performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position with sales professionals
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and qualities
  • Develop strong customer relationships translating into revenue generation
  • High-level commercial acumen, including pricing and risk management
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with various internal teams
  • Business planning and strategy development
  • A relevant tertiary education is preferred
