Responsibilities
Tracking and analyzing results at a granular level across sales and marketing channels to inform and build forecasting models supporting advertising spend decisioning to maximize ROI.
Modernizing and automating reporting outputs utilizing Denodo and Power BI and Excel where necessary while collaborating with two Sr. Analysts and serving as a SME for this activity.
Supporting pilots by building automated workflows and serving as a SME for this activity across teams.
Generating recommendations for A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign performance and identify the most effective strategies.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data quality and integrity as business processes are augmented and/or new applications and technologies are utilized.
Applying statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, as well as to support sales planning initiatives.
Conducting periodic in-depth analysis of consumer behavior while staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in acquisition marketing analysis.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent of 8 years of experience in a related discipline.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in business analysis is required.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Business Objects, and Denodo.
Experience with Power Automate supporting real-world business solutions and automation.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
