- Develop and configure Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud as per business requirements
- Implement communication features like SMS and WhatsApp
- Revise and improve requisition templates and offer letters
- Conduct requirements gathering, design, development, configuration, and testing
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands on techno functional expertise in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Experience in developing/configuring ORC as per business requirements
- Implement SMS and WhatsApp in communications for the Booster module
- Revise requisition templates
- Revise Offer Letter generation
- Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases
- Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to work in 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST shift
