About the role
- Lead Consultant providing transformative technology solutions in VMware Cloud Foundation and Dell PowerFlex environments. Collaborating with clients to architect and optimize private and hybrid cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell PowerFlex solutions
- Integrate advanced VCF 9.0 capabilities and Dell PowerFlex features into enterprise environments
- Conduct workshops and lead internal technical training
- Oversee integration with third-party storage and automation tools
- Create and deliver technical documentation and best-practice guidelines
- Participate in pre-sales efforts, technical scoping, and proposals
- Troubleshoot multi-vendor issues and create remediation plans
- Achieve and maintain industry and partner-focused certifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in large enterprise environments
- Proficient in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell PowerFlex
- Professional vendor certifications are highly preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Network Virtualization (NSX), VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Data Center Virtualization (vSphere), VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) certification, Dell PowerFlex Specialist certification
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of VCF components and PowerFlex architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Ability to lead VCF and PowerFlex project teams
- Commitment to staying current with VCF, Dell PowerFlex, and broader virtualization and networking technologies
