Consultant Senior managing maintenance of IT solutions for Delta Technologies. Planning activities and ensuring operational readiness of solutions in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate application maintenance activities
Ensure solutions remain operational and in a ready-to-use state
Coordinate technical teams and developers (Level 3 support)
Manage corrective, adaptive, and enhancement requests
Participate in deliverable acceptance testing (development and execution of test plans)
Coordinate production deployments
Update required documentation
Ensure data security and integrity
Support the business lead in validating design documentation
Provide Level 2 support
Work according to Quapital IT standards and BPM governance (PROMETA)
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in computer science or a related field
Proven experience in application maintenance management
Ability to coordinate Level 3 support teams and oversee technical interventions
Strong knowledge of quality processes and ticket management for incidents and changes
Proficient in using JIRA and associated plugins (e.g., XRay) in an operational context
Apply project management methodologies (ideally Quapital or equivalent)
Experience with J2EE environments (IBM WebSphere) or Oracle APEX
Experience with ERP solutions such as Odoo or BI tools like Qlik Sense
Experience operating in the public sector environment
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in information technologies or an equivalent field
French and English are mandatory; an additional language is an advantage.
