About the role
- Lead Operations team in Packing department at CEVA Logistics to ensure logistics success. Manage KPIs, team development, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of approximately 50 employees
- Manage daily operations and ensure the achievement of set KPIs and planning targets
- Make decisions for an optimal end-to-end process in collaboration with colleagues
- Continuously improve efficiency of people, resources, and equipment
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the logistics process
- Conduct measurements, create reports, and perform analyses
- Support absence management and contribute to a healthy working environment
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level thinking and working skills, with at least a completed MBO-4 education
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a dynamic environment
- A natural people manager with proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting
- Ambitious, hands-on, and able to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced situations
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Strong command of the English language, spoken and written.
