Channel Operations Lead at CloudTalk managing partner-centric channel program for AI-powered business communication platform. Full ownership of systems, processes, and reporting to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of our existing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and related tools: ensure they’re optimized, up-to-date, and supporting the team’s needs at every step.
Build, document, and continuously refine scalable workflows for onboarding, enablement, deal registration, MDF/co-marketing, and commission processes.
Launch, manage, and maintain playbooks, training, and enablement assets to accelerate partner ramp-up and success.
Own the Market Development Fund (MDF) process: handle application, approval, tracking, and ROI analysis.
Act as the connector between Channel, RevOps, Sales, and Marketing—proactively identifying and solving operational bottlenecks.
Define and manage the key metrics and KPIs that track program and partner performance; focus on data selection, tracking, and actionable insights, not just dashboard setup.
Find friction points and lead operational projects to improve the partner experience, scale what works, and keep the program running at peak performance.
Requirements
3+ years in channel, partner, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech
Experience building and scaling channel programs, owning processes, tooling, and program tracking
Skilled in managing PRM, CRM, and sales/enablement tools (admin-level ownership, optimization, troubleshooting)
Strong with data: defining key metrics, tracking/reporting, and generating actionable insights
Direct experience running MDF/co-marketing or similar partner incentive programs
Built and managed enablement programs, training resources, and partner communications
Relentless about building, refining, and documenting repeatable workflows
High autonomy: comfortable making decisions, moving fast, and owning outcomes
