About the role

  • EMEA Payroll Specialist ensuring accurate payroll preparation and communication between clients and providers. Role involves adherence to timelines, reporting, and compliance for EMEA clients.

Responsibilities

  • Communication between client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls
  • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers
  • Ensure all timelines are met
  • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor
  • Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement those that are approved
  • Delivery of QA compliance and process

Requirements

  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
