About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing payroll for various clients in Germany. Collaborating with team and supporting onboarding processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and execution of payroll for clients, including oversight of all payroll processes
  • Independently coordinating and submitting notifications to social security agencies and tax authorities
  • Point of contact for clients on payroll-related questions, both by phone and in writing
  • Collaborating with the team and providing mutual support in day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring and implementing legal changes in the area of payroll accounting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of experience in payroll and salary accounting
  • IT affinity and willingness to learn new programs and processes
  • Customer-focused, flexible and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of working in a team
