About the role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute customized recruitment plans
  • Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, insights, and best practices for Engineering hiring strategies
  • Utilize creative techniques to identify and engage highly qualified technical candidates
  • Proactively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and regularly update internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on various initiatives and hiring requirements across different areas

Requirements

  • 5+ years
  • Experience working with Greenhouse as ATS or similar
  • Active sourcing experience on LinkedIn
  • Experience driving diversity within the recruiting process
  • Proven ability and interest in driving hiring initiatives and projects
  • Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Capability to identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues before they arise
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment
