About the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute customized recruitment plans
- Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, insights, and best practices for Engineering hiring strategies
- Utilize creative techniques to identify and engage highly qualified technical candidates
- Proactively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and regularly update internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on various initiatives and hiring requirements across different areas
Requirements
- 5+ years
- Experience working with Greenhouse as ATS or similar
- Active sourcing experience on LinkedIn
- Experience driving diversity within the recruiting process
- Proven ability and interest in driving hiring initiatives and projects
- Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Capability to identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues before they arise
- Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment
