About the role

  • Senior Director Talent Acquisition overseeing recruitment for Florida hospitals and centers at Cleveland Clinic. Driving innovative strategies for efficient Talent Acquisition across the Florida region.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team.
  • Build, lead and manage the growing recruitment team, including accountability of achieving performance requirements.
  • Develop and oversee Talent Acquisition strategy and programs that align with organizational goals and the core mission and values of the organization.
  • Advise Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders on innovative strategies, effective and efficient processes and market/hiring trends.
  • Proactively conduct ongoing market research and analysis to have a clear understanding of industry trends in the global healthcare environment and workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional and functionally relevant experience, including a minimum of five years of management experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related environment.
  • Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • Strong operations background or healthcare experience, in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Healthcare operations or Talent Acquisition experience in different US markets.
  • Proven experience managing leaders.
