  • Call Center Representative delivering courteous service for Clearview Federal Credit Union. Handling member inquiries, account information, and assisting with financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, prompt, and excellent member service
  • Answer all incoming calls, providing general account and loan information
  • Practice Call Center Standards for all incoming calls
  • Build relationships by suggesting appropriate products and services
  • Answer member telephone inquiries
  • Meet average call volume goal and KPIs
  • Communicate with members through Chat
  • Provide accurate account information and process transactions
  • Educate members on Clearview products and services
  • Attend required training and meetings
  • Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six months of similar or related experience required
  • Strong member service skills
  • Outstanding telephone communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services
  • Skilled in building and enhancing relationships through sales and service
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Versatile and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Maintains accuracy in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Reliable with a strong attendance record
