Responsibilities
Maintain client satisfaction and strengthen relationships with an assigned group of accounts
Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce innovative marketing tactics, channels, or service line offerings
Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities across territories
Develop an understanding of market nuances for assigned client groups, including competitive landscape, top-performing strategies, and consumer demand
Draft creative/strategy briefs and ensure alignment with client requirements
Participate in campaign reviews and translate client feedback into actionable steps
Collaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred
5–8+ years of relevant experience in marketing account management, client services, or related fields
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
