Responsibilities
Development and implementation of international sales strategies to enter new markets
Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships in an international environment
Conducting market analyses to identify trends, competitors and business opportunities, and building a sales network
Establishment and leadership of an international sales team
Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Development to optimize the sales process
Participation in international trade shows, conferences and networking events to represent the company
Preparation of sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, International Business or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in the construction industry
Strong technical affinity and very good German and English language skills
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
