Responsibilities
Meet and exceed global retention target
Continuous, accurate forecasting of our global renewal business
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth of our retention base
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy
Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution
Influence organizational direction by providing strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking planning
Build and maintain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
10+ Years of Relevant Experience
Sales Leadership experience – ideally international
Life science sales experience selling and managing subscriptions
Experience working with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts
At least 7 years Sales Leadership experience
Experience of negotiating large, complex renewal contracts
