About the role

  • Senior Director leading the renewal sales team within life sciences and healthcare. Driving growth through strategic initiatives and collaboration with senior leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed global retention target
  • Continuous, accurate forecasting of our global renewal business
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth of our retention base
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy
  • Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution
  • Influence organizational direction by providing strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking planning
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Sales Leadership experience – ideally international
  • Life science sales experience selling and managing subscriptions
  • Experience working with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts
  • At least 7 years Sales Leadership experience
  • Experience of negotiating large, complex renewal contracts
