Responsibilities
Stepping into the booth or the truck to support collegiate football delivery and other sports as projects dictate.
Handling high-level escalations and performing hands-on investigations into technical issues during the season.
Maintaining our technical ecosystem and ensuring systems are "match-ready" at all times.
Assisting with software testing and rollout schedules, providing the feedback loop between the field and our developers.
Traveling for one-off events, system certifications, and installation trips to ensure our technology is gold-standard.
Requirements
A strong grounding in tech (professional, academic, or just a dedicated hobbyist). A STEM degree is a plus, but tangible experience counts for more.
Problem-Solving: You don't just see a bug; you see a puzzle. You’re proactive and stay cool when the clock is ticking in a live sport environment.
Communication Skills: You can talk shop with engineers and talk strategy with clients, always maintaining professional excellence.
Adaptability: If you haven't used SMARTReplay before, you have a proven track record of mastering proprietary software at lightning speed.
