Associate Partner/Partner for Innovation Advisory in Romania. Leading consulting projects and fostering innovation ecosystems with focus on startups and accelerators.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting and innovation projects, delivering practical recommendations and creative solutions for clients;
Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering innovation ecosystems and identifying high-potential startups;
Coach and mentor teams, sharing expertise and guiding project delivery and innovation programs;
Design and scale new consulting and innovation services, workshops, and acceleration programs;
Manage multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to company growth locally and internationally.

6+ years of experience in consulting, business management, or innovation;
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to design and scale innovation programs and new service lines;
Build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust sales pipeline;
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams across multiple projects;
Passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact; active in local and international innovation ecosystems;
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills;
Professional-level English and Romanian language.
