About the role

  • VP Workforce Management Lead in Risk at Citi optimizing human capital metrics and resource management. Collaborating across teams to deliver reporting and process improvements while supporting chief risk priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analysis and reporting on position and headcount management, supporting IRM senior leaders and IRM Resource and Business Management team
  • Assist in developing content for executive stakeholder presentations related to human capital metrics
  • Report on human capital metrics including organization health metrics, attrition, retention, recruitment, and location strategy
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary working with the multiple internal IRM stakeholders
  • Assist in executing Demand and Capacity Analysis across 1000+ direct staff and provide overall outcomes including opportunities and risks to senior management
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to the IRM Workforce Management processes and strategy
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.
  • Develop review content and agendas for leadership meetings
  • Use excellent communication and strong management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders including internal and external audiences; work closely and collegially with IRM CAOs and Business Execution Leads
  • Ensure timely execution on critical items

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred.
