Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition campaigns in support of Personal Banking and Wealth new-to-bank customer growth
Manage multiple high-priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Manage and execute compelling new creative experiences and messaging
Implement a Test and Learn agenda
Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals
Engage in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues
Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement
Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics
Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution
Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns
Requirements
6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience
Direct to consumer marketing and banking products experience required
Creative design and content development experience preferred
Manage and scale paid media acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified signups and revenue. Collaborate across teams to optimize performance and leverage new opportunities.
