Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, implement and optimize our online advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
  • Analyze ads and independently implement optimization measures
  • Create SEO-optimized ad copy
  • Develop audience-specific advertising strategies to increase reach and conversion rate
  • Use A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals and audience targeting
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
  • Monthly reporting on budget spend and ROI
  • Monitor and report campaign metrics
  • Actively follow trends and developments in paid advertising

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in performance marketing or campaign management
  • Experience managing five-figure budgets
  • Experience designing and executing online advertising campaigns
  • Confident in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment working with numbers and data
  • Team player with an independent working style
  • Flexibility and ability to act spontaneously
