About the role

  • Sales Manager representing CITIES in the German market focusing on municipalities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales and support across digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise our existing municipal clients
  • Acquire new municipal clients (cities, towns, municipalities)
  • Present and sell our CITIES platform and other digital solutions
  • Support clients with administrative and technical questions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Attend trade shows, events and networking meetings in the municipal sector
  • Work closely with our product and support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the municipal or public sector
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
