About the role

  • Sales Manager representing CITIES to German municipalities. Managing customer relationships and sales while collaborating closely with product and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise our existing municipal clients
  • Acquire new customers in the municipal sector (cities, towns, municipalities)
  • Present and sell our CITIES platform and other digital solutions
  • Support clients with administrative and technical inquiries
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Attend trade fairs, events, and networking meetings within the municipal sector
  • Work closely with our product and support teams

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally in the municipal or public sector
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Highly customer- and service-oriented
  • Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
