About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator responsible for interview scheduling and onboarding at Cirrus Logic. Ensuring smooth candidate experience and logistical management across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics, working with various disciplines across multiple time zones.
  • serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly.
  • effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling, communication, and candidate data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required.
  • a basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
