Responsibilities

  • Join a high-performing team using data, analytics, and insights to shape growth strategy and solve key business challenges.
  • Manage custom assortment tools and key brand performance dashboards from initial discussion through analysis and delivery.
  • Deliver tailored, compelling solutions that align with customer needs and drive action.
  • Recognize key decision-makers and understand their motivations and influence.
  • Bounces back from setbacks with composure and positivity; helps others stay productive during tough times.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive, relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retailer, or Research Services company with a strong focus on Category Management & Retailer/Shopper marketing.
  • Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to use and integrate multiple data sources to address client business issues with data-driven findings and implications.
  • Prior experience partnering successfully with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Category Management, Retailers) to achieve intended business outcomes preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
