About the role

  • Contact Centre Representative for CIBC handling client inquiries regarding credit card operations. Focused on client engagement while working remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • first point of contact for clients with banking inquiries,
  • assist clients with credit card operations and inquiries,
  • identify needs and suggest solutions,
  • provide information and solutions regarding credit card products and services,
  • work independently with general routine instructions.

Requirements

  • bilingual in French and English,
  • ability to work on-site in downtown Montreal within 2 hours' notice,
  • required reliable wired internet connection with specified minimum speed.
