About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding store environment for both customers and the team
  • Help customers with booking appointments
  • Answer customer questions
  • Take messages and complete triage forms to pass to clinical staff

Requirements

  • Previous call centre and admin experience
  • Great customer service skills
  • Working in a busy environment
