Responsibilities
Work directly with the commercial/sales team, supporting leaders and teams in their specific needs while ensuring a strategic perspective and sensitivity to the particularities of this business area;
Translate business priorities into achievable People/HR plans in a generalist capacity, proposing customized initiatives according to the specific needs of the business;
Actively serve as a guardian of culture, employee experience and engagement, acting as a consultant to leaders and structuring and implementing initiatives;
Manage and analyze people metrics, proposing and implementing improvement actions; provide guidance, set agreements and deadlines, and monitor progress;
Drive adoption of corporate programs such as Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Leadership Development and others;
Lead the performance cycle, offering guidance and support to leaders, and overseeing talent development, recognition and retention;
Design, implement and execute organizational design changes for areas, aiming for efficiency and alignment with budget;
Manage processes that impact the employee experience, providing feedback to specialist teams about improvement needs for continuous evolution of the team experience and supporting managers in process execution;
Conduct diagnostics, and develop and implement action plans on People/HR topics such as team-building, training and conflict management, acting as a change agent and proposing viable solutions and alternatives to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
Previous experience as a Business Partner or in similar roles;
Ability to intervene strategically and influence decisions;
Analytical skills, using data and metrics to perform relevant diagnostics;
Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, high energy and a strong desire to deliver your best;
Agile, pragmatic profile with a strong bias for execution.
