About the role

  • Partner Account Specialist at Autodesk managing partner strategies for revenue growth and customer success. Collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance partner sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets, expand footprint in priority industries or segments, and accelerate pipeline creation
  • Build trust‑based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, performance expectations, and shared growth priorities
  • Provide guidance, training, and resources to help partners improve technical and sales competencies, enhance customer engagement, and maximize program participation
  • Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, customer engagements, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams to increase demand and visibility
  • Monitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, support regular business reviews, and deliver actionable insights to drive improvement and accountability
  • Support expansion into under‑penetrated markets by strengthening partner coverage and assisting with partner recruitment where required
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to support partner‑related initiatives
  • Capture and share insights from partners and customers to help inform business decisions, program enhancements, and product improvements
  • Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and relevant forums to build brand awareness and strengthen ecosystem relationships

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Saas is a must
  • 5-7 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, or customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and indirect sales motions
  • Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth across regional or multi‑country territories
  • Experience collaborating effectively in a matrix organisation
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional regional language, e.g. Arabic preferred
