Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Strategic Management or Agribusiness (preferred)
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, preferably in multinational or agro-industrial environments
- Strong negotiation skills, leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
