Responsibilities
You prepare RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for the Central and Med regions and assist in compiling the required documentation
You support the organization and documentation of sourcing boards
You perform administrative back-office tasks in procurement and logistics
You analyze market data, particularly market prices, and present it in a structured manner
You maintain data systems and file relevant documents such as contracts and sourcing records in an organized way
Requirements
You are a matriculated student in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
You have initial commercial knowledge or exposure
You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner, also when handling repetitive tasks
You have solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
You have excellent written and verbal German and English skills
