Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of tools according to the agreed schedule, documenting all stages and providing project status reports;

Implement sustainable procurement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
Train and guide employees on purchasing systems and processes across the company;
Monitor and control risk management, action plans, audits, and internal audits of the areas, ensuring compliance with standards and correction of any process deviations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
Postgraduate specialization in the relevant area
Knowledge of BI, analytics, and Power Automate
Experience with tools: Coupa, SAP, Data Lake
Knowledge of Supply Chain / Procurement processes and systems
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Jundiaí, SP
Experience with digitalization, operational efficiency, or technology projects
