About the role

  • Administrator in Service Goldschmiede managing repairs and guarantees for CHRIST, the leading omnichannel jeweler. Engage with customers through various service channels and ensure quality control in repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process warranty and repair cases (visual and quality inspection)
  • Telephone communication/consultation with customers
  • Prepare and follow up on cost estimates
  • Enter and manage warranty and repair cases in the CHRIST repair-service software
  • Final inspection of warranty and repair cases
  • Technical point of contact for sales regarding repairs

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge in repairing gold and silver jewelry
  • Completed vocational training as a goldsmith (m/f/d) is an advantage, or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable or related position
  • Strong service orientation when dealing with customers
